Marketing Head (B2B)
to lead OEM business growth, manage key customer accounts, and implement strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong automotive background, excellent customer management skills, and a good understanding of
IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, and TPM practices
.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
Identify and acquire new OEM & Tier-1 customers.
Develop growth strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis & pricing studies.
Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
2. Key Account Management
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure business stability.
Handle RFQs, costing, quotations, and order finalization.
Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
3. IATF 16949 Compliance
Ensure all marketing processes and documentation meet IATF requirements.
Support internal/external audits with customer data and documents.
Maintain discipline in APQP, PPAP, and change management processes.
4. TPM & Process Improvement
Implement TPM principles within the Marketing function.
Improve customer response time, complaint closure & communication flow.
Drive efficiency through structured reporting and standard formats.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Quality, NPD, Purchase & Finance teams.
Ensure smooth execution of new projects and ramp-ups.
Align forecasts and production planning with customer demand.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts & customer visit reports.
Maintain accurate customer contracts, pricing agreements & communication logs.
Create annual marketing budgets and monthly performance dashboards.

5-10 years of B2B marketing or sales experience in the automotive sector.
