Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Building

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Lead brand positioning and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

Build and strengthen the brand presence across digital, print, PR, and on-ground channels.

Drive brand partnerships and alliances to enhance visibility and trust.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Design and implement performance-driven lead generation campaigns (digital and offline).

Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead quality, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates.

Work with agencies, media planners, and internal teams to drive high-ROI campaigns.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing campaigns.

3. Marketing Operations & Team Leadership

Lead and manage the in-house marketing team and external partners (agencies, freelancers, etc.).

Set and track marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Establish and maintain marketing processes, SOPs, and reporting systems.

Manage CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools to support customer journeys.

4. Real Estate & Market Insight

Leverage prior real estate marketing experience to understand customer behavior, market trends, and regulatory nuances.

Keep abreast of competitor strategies and market developments in the second home segment.
