Job Summary As the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping Helo.ai's market presence, particularly in the B2B sector. This role demands a strategic mindset to drive marketing initiatives, execute impactful campaigns, and manage high-level projects while leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies. As the single point of contact (SPOC) for marketing, you will lead the team and elevate the brand's visibility and engagement in the market.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Lead PR initiatives to enhance public image and foster media relationships. Optimize digital presence for maximum visibility and engagement. Use analytics to assess the performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee the production of diverse content, including videos, reels, podcasts, and case studies. Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and client engagement activities. Design and source promotional materials reflecting the Helo.ai brand. Manage website content and SEO in collaboration with IT and design teams. Leverage AI for personalized interactions and streamlined marketing processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is mandatory. Proven success in brand management and digital marketing, preferably in technology or CPaaS sectors. Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in a B2B leadership role. Strong expertise with SaaS and CPaaS clients, business models, and marketing strategies.





Skills & Competencies Proficient in social media strategies, SEO, and content management systems. Creative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a results-driven approach. Performance Metrics Brand Strategy Execution: Monitor brand awareness and market positioning. Digital Engagement: Measure the ROI of campaigns and overall engagement. Event Impact: Assess success through participant feedback and event outcomes. Content Innovation: Track engagement metrics and refine strategies for content development. Website Performance: Optimize user experience by analyzing traffic and feedback.
