Job role




Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our medical devices, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets. Establish and maintain a strong, recognizable brand for the company and its products, ensuring consistency across all channels. Build and nurture relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry influencers to improve brand perception and loyalty. Manage PR initiatives, media relations, and industry events, acting as the face of the company at conferences, trade shows, and media interviews. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Work with the sales, product, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product development and industry standards. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and track ROI on all marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials that help in converting leads into customers and improving sales effectiveness. * Identify strategic partnerships, collaborations, and joint marketing opportunities with key players in the healthcare and medical device industries to expand market reach.
