ABOUT THE COMPANY: AL Circle is a global media leader & business services provider in the Aluminium sector. AL Circle has two web properties one is dedicated to Knowledge and information (www.alcircle.com) and the other is the World\'s only Marketplace focused completely on Aluminium (www.alcirclebiz.com). AL Circle team interacts with a number of companies catering to the Aluminium value chain, understands their business, and then puts forward the products which may fit the requirements of the client. AL Circle, as an Aluminium ecosystem, has a number of products in various stages of maturity. Some of them are already global brands in themselves, and some of them are in an early stage. The Head of Marketing will have to analyze each of these products with the help of performance and market data and strategize the future course for each of them and how they fit into the AL Circle brand as a whole. This will be in line with 360-degree considerations for the respective products & their features, competitor analysis, understanding of the Aluminium value chain, and the strategic priorities of AL Circle. The ideal candidate will be someone having deep experience in performance marketing and from an e-commerce background. The role will report to the Director of Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for designing the strategy of all online and offline marketing activities across the AL Circle verticals. This will include planning the marketing strategy for AL Circle and its verticals and products. Managing the integration and execution of across all digital marketing channels - Social Media, SEO (on and offpage), PPC, Email, YouTube, etc. Developing a comprehensive approach in line with the brand language and unique to each channel and their audience. Will be required to continuously monitor and increase user engagement across all platforms and develop innovative ways to gather customer feedback on AL Circle products. Will be required to get involved in cross-functional activities with the leadership and other verticals such as technology, data, and business development, to inform product optimization and delivery. Understanding the Aluminium value chain to be responsible for new customer acquisition and retention through marketing drives. Responsible for upholding the AL Circle brand language and managing the creative team to develop regular and strategic collaterals. Data-backed decision-making approach to solving complex problems. Performance-driven individual, with customer and quality at the heart of everything. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 6-8 years of relevant work experience, MBA preferred Previous experience of managing similar profiles in a B2B / Start-up ecosystem Team building and team management experience, leadership skills Possess Great communication skills Strong knowledge of the latest digital and offline marketing channels\' hands-on experience is a MUST Data, Customer & Quality - need to keep these 3 pillars of marketing in mind Hands-on experience with different automation and marketing tools, implementing new Technologies for performance tracking and improvement Should be comfortable in managing a team as well as taking up initiatives on their own.
