About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mass media, advertising, and brand promotion, with a proven track record of achieving marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility. Manage marketing activities across various media channels (TV, print, digital, radio, etc.). Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions. Collaborate with creative teams, sales, and management to ensure brand consistency. Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or mass media. Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and promotional strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a results-driven approach. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
