Head of Marketing - Luxe Salon

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead brand growth and customer engagement across all salons.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a unified brand strategy across all Luxe Salon outlets.

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (online + offline) to drive walk-ins, membership sales, and loyalty.

Manage social media presence, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and content direction.

Create branch-level marketing strategies tailored to each location's customer base.

Organize salon launches, seasonal promotions, fashion tie-ups, and brand collaborations.

Lead and mentor the marketing team - designers, content creators, and social media executives.

Analyze campaign results, set KPIs, and optimize ROI.

Support franchise owners with local promotions, branding guidelines, and growth campaigns.

Prefered Background

We're specially looking for professionals who have:

Been Regional or Marketing Managers at leading salons

worked as Brand Managers for major beauty / lifestyle brands

Come from marketing agencies that have handled beauty, fashion or retail cliens and are now ready to move in-house with a premium brand.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.

4 - 8 years of marketing experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, fashion, or retail).

Proven track record of building and scaling brands.

Strong grasp of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Compensation

Salary: ₹1L - ?1.5L per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
