Role Purpose: Position Mentor Colleges as India's "Hybrid Stanford" through digital-first branding.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Lead digital campaigns, PR, influencer strategy.
Build brand presence in tier 1-3 cities.
Coordinate with Admissions Director for lead generation.
KPIs:
Cost per lead (CPL) within benchmark.
?X qualified leads/month.
Brand reach (engagement, media coverage).
Skills: Digital marketing, branding, PR.
Qualifications: MBA/PGDM (Marketing).
Experience: 8-12 years in marketing leadership.
