Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, content, PR, and product marketing initiatives.
Drive growth through multi-channel campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and partnerships.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI.
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successful brand building and lead generation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM).
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience in [industry: e.g., tech, FMCG, SaaS, e-commerce, etc.] is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Global marketing experience.
Familiarity with agile marketing practices and performance marketing.
