About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven professional who can build strong brand equity, drive market growth, and deliver impactful communication across all channels.As the MarCom Head, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the company's voice, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and accelerate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectivesLead brand positioning, corporate identity, and consistent messaging across platformsProvide insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovations

-Marketing & GrowthPlan and manage campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channelsDrive demand generation, customer acquisition, and retentionLead product marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies

-Communications & PRBuild and manage media relations and corporate communicationsOversee internal communications to ensure organizational alignmentLead crisis communication and reputation management

- Digital & Social MediaDrive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social mediaTrack performance through analytics and data-driven insights

- Leadership & CollaborationBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing Marketing & Communications teamCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, HR, and senior leadership

- Budget & PerformanceOwn and manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROIPresent performance reports and strategic insights to senior management

What We're Looking For

? MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

? 8-12 years of experience in marketing & communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

? Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, PR, and corporate communications

? Proven ability to drive brand growth and lead large teams

? Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
