Spektra Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead Saasify's marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.
We are looking for someone with great people management and problem-solving skills. Prior experience of working with a startup or an entrepreneurial experience will be an added advantage.
In addition to B2B marketing, the role will entail close collaboration with engineering, sales, product, and HR teams as well as with external stakeholders like Microsoft as and when required. As the Marketing Head, you will be leading a team of 10-15 marketing professionals to support the execution of the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Create and drive the Go to Market (GTM) strategy for different products under the Spektra brand name.
Drive revenue goals of the Product by customer segment, geographies/markets, and product modules and keep track of the progress.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including Microsoft, to identify joint marketing opportunities and collaborate on projects.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Facilitate content marketing to ensure systematic and effective content distribution via referral/influencers programs, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), etc.
Team Management:
Oversee and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing mentorship, and conducting performance reviews.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches, events and tradeshows
Collaborate with content and design team to ensure high quality marketing results
Support the senior leadership in hiring efforts to grow the product marketing team
Requirements

Experience managing strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of executing joint projects.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization effectively.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
Willingness to travel as needed for events, partner meetings, and other business activities.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry
