Job Summary:



The Head Admissions is responsible for overseeing the admissions team and ensuring achievement of admission targets. The role involves training and guiding the team, managing partnerships, organizing engagement activities, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless admissions process to promote the school's visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the Admission Counselors to meet defined objectives and enrollment targets. Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure team productivity.

Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions for the team on admissions activities, school policies, and processes. Collaborate with School Leaders and the Admin Manager to implement best practices.

Preschool Engagement:

Identify potential preschools within a 0-10 km radius and onboard them under the Preschool Partnership Engagement Program (PPEP).

Parent & Partner Engagement:

Develop and execute a continuous engagement program through: Conducting workshops and PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings). Coordinating partner participation in campus events like Annual Day and Sports Day.

Event Management:

Ensure all planned school activities are well-coordinated to maximize visibility and drive footfall.

Digital & Social Media Management:

Manage and monitor the school's Google My Business (GMBO) and Facebook pages. Respond to reviews and ensure consistent online engagement.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular market analysis by visiting and tracking nearby schools. Monitor new school openings and analyze their admissions strategies.

MIS & Reporting:

Maintain and analyze data on qualified leads and walk-ins through MIS. Ensure timely follow-ups and conversions to meet admission goals.

Process Adherence:

Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the admission counseling process, from parent entry to exit.

Marketing Aesthetics:

Ensure all promotional materials and marketing visuals adhere to the school's guidelines.

School Tours & Hygiene:

Highlight the school's USPs during tours and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for a positive experience.

Lead Generation Activities:

Participate in education fairs, expos, and residential society events. Collaborate with school teams for in-house events to enhance parent engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms. Event planning and coordination expertise. Attention to detail and adherence to processes.

Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field. Post-graduate degree/diploma in Education Management or Marketing is a plus.

Experience Required:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or education management. Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
