We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven
Head of Marketing
to lead all marketing efforts for our mobile-first product. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in marketing
app-based products
and understands user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies specific to mobile platforms. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic vision and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
App-Focused Strategy
: Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically tailored to grow mobile app installs, user engagement, and retention.
Performance Marketing
: Lead user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms with a strong focus on ROI and CAC.
App Store Optimization (ASO)
: Drive visibility and downloads through ASO best practices for Play Store and App Store.
Growth Hacking
: Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to optimize funnels, engagement, and referrals.
Brand & Content Strategy
: Build a compelling brand voice and oversee content, social media, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
: Monitor key KPIs (installs, active users, LTV, churn) and use insights to improve strategy.
Cross-functional Leadership
: Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with app features and user needs.
Offline & Partnership Campaigns
: Lead on-ground activations, PR, and cross-promotions with travel, lifestyle, or tech brands.
Team Management
: Hire, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team.
Requirements:
4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Mandatory
: Experience in marketing
app-based products
(i.e., mobile apps).
Proven track record in scaling app downloads, improving retention, and managing high-performing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing metrics and tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred:
Experience with travel, tech, or community-based platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, ASO, influencer marketing, and CRM tools.
Prior startup or early-stage growth experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
