Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Head of Marketing

to lead our marketing team and drive growth through strategic planning, brand building, and data-driven campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance. Set and monitor KPIs for marketing performance and ROI.

Brand & Communication

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all platforms. Maintain consistency in brand communication internally and externally. Manage PR, media relations, and reputation management initiatives.

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, design) for campaign alignment.

Digital Marketing

Oversee digital efforts: SEO/SEM, email, content, social media, paid ads, and website. Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize performance.

Market Research & Insights

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior. Translate insights into actionable strategies and new growth opportunities.

Budgeting & Vendor Management

Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively. Evaluate and manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 8-12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and analytics. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,473.70 per month
