The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the marketing strategy of the jewellery brand. This role requires a creative yet analytical leader who can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth through innovative campaigns, digital presence, events, and partnerships. The candidate must have deep knowledge of the jewellery industry, luxury branding, customer preferences, and regional as well as international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Brand Management:
Enhance brand image and positioning to establish the jewellery brand as a trusted and aspirational name.
Digital Marketing:
Lead social media, website, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce initiatives to drive online engagement and sales.
Campaign Management:
Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.
Retail Marketing:
Drive footfall to showrooms through events, local promotions, and customer engagement programs.
Market Research:
Analyze jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Partnerships & PR:
Build strong relationships with influencers, fashion houses, media, and event organizers for brand exposure.
Budgeting:
Plan and manage the marketing budget efficiently for maximum ROI.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Performance Tracking:
Use data analytics and KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
