We are looking for a dynamic and market-aware Marketing Head who can lead all our channels and messaging. Our Marketing Head is expected to expand our reach and customers. The candidate needs to bring with them a healthy and respectful attitude towards others. Responsibilties :-

1. Identify opportunities and campaigns to increase revenue, sales, and retention.

2. Gather and understand feedback from customers and channel them to product and design teams.

3. Build KPI for weekly reportings to show impacts from the marketing department.

4. Understand current SEO/PR and then improve on metrics and impacts.

5. Develop employee programs to motivate and grow employees over a period of time.

6. Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.

7. Accomodation will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month

Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
