About the Company

Hiray Media and Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT company based in Nashik, India. We provide ERP software development, IT infrastructure solutions, digital transformation, and outsourced project services.

We are expanding globally and seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead international business development for IT/Software projects from the US/UK markets.

Indian citizens currently settled and working abroad

(preferably US/UK) may apply.

Candidates must have a strong track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and converting IT projects for Indian IT firms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire overseas IT/Software/Infrastructure/ERP projects Build and maintain relationships with international clients Generate high-value leads through networking + business channels Represent Hiray Media and Technology Pvt. Ltd. globally Develop market-specific marketing strategies Coordinate proposals, pricing & communication with the India office Attend meetings/events (virtual and onsite) to drive conversions Track competitor landscape and market trends

Qualification / Experience

Indian citizen settled abroad (US/UK preferred) 10-20 years experience in International Marketing / Business Development Experience in acquiring IT/Software projects preferred Strong networking + proposal negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets MBA Marketing preferred
