Plan, design and execute Online/Offline brand campaigns, strategy for brand awareness, latest product launches, and brand placement communication. Designing and implementing online marketing strategies across all digital platforms. Analyzing site traffic including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion Takes care of all the ATL and BTL activities. To do Social Media Marketing and prepare art works with the help of designer. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels including online, offline and social media. To work closely with the sales team for any promotional activities in their region and to track its success for future reference. Loyalty Management: Build & manage customer loyalty for consumer database to up sell & cross-sell. To keep a track of installation of brandings inside the stores and to do required changes. To talk continuously with the Sales head for promotion activities Competition product mapping and tracking with the changes. Experience Management: Need to enhance consumer experience on various physical channel & digital platforms and enhance brand visibility to be leader in category To do all internal communications related to marketing and to support sales team on every front. Need to coordinate with marketing agencies for seasonal campaigns, creative and others. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
