\xef\x82\xb7 Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.\xef\x82\xb7 Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential
construction packages.
\xef\x82\xb7 Using leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generating self-
leads to convert them into customers, through local marketing activities (procuring
relevant databases, doing on-ground marketing campaign activities etc.).
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan approaches and pitches to customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with our
services at all touch-points.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the Negotiation & closing of hot leads.
\xef\x82\xb7 Providing after-sales services like Booking, on-boarding, assigning customer to CRM
department, assisting in Home Loans etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 To be compliant with laid down marketing & sales policies & procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
\xef\x82\xb7 Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
\xef\x82\xb7 Performing any other jobs/tasks assigned by your reporting Manager.
