Position: Marketing Head (Group of Companies)

Salary: 50k to 65k + Incentives

Company: NB Holdings (Visalelo, Overseas Desire & Venyora)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat

Reports to: CEO / GM

Job Purpose

Lead the complete marketing function across all 3 companies -- strategy, branding, digital marketing, lead generation & performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Plan monthly/quarterly marketing strategies Create brand-wise strategies (Visa, Overseas, E-commerce) Plan digital + offline activities

2. Team Management

Lead design, content & performance team Set daily/weekly/monthly targets Monitor performance & timelines

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

Manage lead gen & track CPL/CTR/CPA Optimize campaigns & funnels

4. Branding & Content

Ensure quality creatives & content Oversee brand image across 3 companies Guide videos, ads, brochures & campaigns

5. Lead Flow & Sales Coordination

Ensure daily high-quality leads Track lead performance Support sales teams to boost conversions

6. Social Media & Influencer Management

Plan & manage social media calendars Grow engagement & followers Handle influencer partnerships & campaigns Oversee reels, trends & brand content

7. Reporting & Analytics

Weekly & monthly performance reports Track KPIs: CPL, CPR, CAC, ROI Suggest improvements & budget optimization

Required Skills

2 to 5 years marketing experience Strong in digital ads & performance marketing Social media & influencer expertise Leadership & communication skills Analytical & creative mindset Multi-brand management experience preferred Knowledge of AI tools & CRM
