Position Summary
The Marketing Head will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing plans across all business verticals. This includes lead generation, brand development, digital presence, and effective coordination of internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will drive results across BPO, travel, and courier sectors for both India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for:
BPO services (domestic & international)
Travel bookings (corporate & retail)
Courier franchise acquisition & Retail
Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets
Build and execute marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Coordinate with internal teams:
Graphic Designer
Website/IT Executive
Social Media Executive
Manage and leverage databases & CRM for campaigns and nurturing
Define and establish unique selling propositions (USP) for each vertical
Ensure robust digital presence on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with vendors, influencers, and agencies when required
Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and implement quick strategic shifts
Coordinate branding efforts during festive seasons, events, and launches
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Measured monthly and quarterly, aligned with company growth goals:
Lead Generation & Digital Growth
50+ qualified BPO leads/month via LinkedIn, email, and landing pages
30% increase in website visitors & avg. stay time (across all verticals)
3X increase in positive Google/TripAdvisor/Facebook reviews
20% quarter-on-quarter increase in courier franchise leads
300 qualified leads for international courier& cargo business
300 qualified leads for Travel verticals ( Flights /Hotels /Packages/Visa)
1 viral marketing campaign/month (across any vertical)
Operational & Campaign Effectiveness
Timely execution of campaigns (calendar adherence = 95%+)
Branding & collaterals ready for all key seasons/events
Increase in referral traffic and organic leads by 25%
Fast execution of marketing experiments (within 7 working days)
100% team engagement (weekly review, brainstorming, feedback loops)
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate with strong written and spoken English
Certification or degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing
5-6 years of experience in a similar strategic marketing role
Hands-on with:
CRM tools (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared)
Digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp
Local SEO, GMB management, and SMM platforms
Demonstrated marketing experience in:
International BPO lead generation
Travel sector campaigns (B2C/B2B)
Courier or Logistics industry (a strong plus)
Team leadership experience in virtual and hybrid settings
Experience coordinating with content writers, designers, vendors
Copywriting & campaign planning ability is a must
Growth mindset: Open to experimentation, A/B testing, and learning

Compensation
4.2L to 6L + Performance-based bonus
