Profile: Marketing Head

Experience: Min. 5 years

Salary: 50000 - 60000

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing). Plan and oversee offline promotions, events, and ATL/BTL activities. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Handle budgeting and ROI analysis of all campaigns. Supervise the marketing team and guide creatives/content direction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in handling marketing operations independently. Strong knowledge of digital tools, branding, and analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
