Experience: 10+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within the foundry, casting, heavy fabrication, or semiconductor industry.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for foundry products (e.g., grey iron, SG iron, aluminum castings, or semiconductor components) to achieve business goals and market leadership.
  • Business Development: Identify target industries and new business opportunities, managing key OEM accounts and leading generation efforts to expand the customer base.
  • Product Marketing: Define the overall product marketing vision, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new offerings. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation), coordinate externally with customers for new product development, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Brand Management: Build and maintain brand authority and loyalty, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels and managing marketing communications materials.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing inquiries or complaints in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Market Dynamics Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications, global market dynamics (e.g., ferro alloys), export documentation, and relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF, APQP/PPAP).
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the marketing team, setting clear monetary goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the foundry process, including melting, casting, quality control, and specific materials (e.g., grey iron, SG iron, aluminium) is often a must.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, SAP), excellent analytical abilities, and strong reporting skills.
  • Soft Skills:
