Job Responsibility as Follow:-



The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and business initiatives to drive the growth and visibility of the organization in piling /heavy earth-moving equipment rental services

Types of Infrastructure Equipment for Rental service rendering

- Heavy Earthmoving Equipment ie., Piling Rigs, Boom placer, Shocrete, Impact Hammer, Vibro Hammer, Cranes ,Paver etc...,

His Role Includes market research, lead generation, customer relationship management, and the development of effective marketing strategies.

Manage and nurture good relationships with existing clients and new prospects, to understand their needs and provide tailored rental solutions.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the earthmoving equipment rental and piling/civil construction project in markets

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization's equipment's rental services.

Generate and qualify leads through various modes like targeted outreach, networking, and industry events/ project up comings, to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Collaborate with the contract team to support the bidding and proposal process for piling and civil construction projects, highlighting the organization's piling equipment rental capabilities

Daily Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships in the industry and other strategic to expand the company's reach and visibility.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, campaigns, and lead generation efforts to drive data-driven decision-making

Provide strategic recommendations and insights to the senior management team to align marketing and business development initiatives with the overall organizational goals

Proficient in lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing return on investment (ROI)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functional areas

Excellent Knowledge of Google Drive, Advance Excel, MS office etc..,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
