We are seeking a visionary

Head of Marketing

with strong expertise in

luxury branding, digital strategy, and social media marketing

to elevate our brand presence, drive client engagement, and support aggressive growth across digital and physical touchpoints.

Role Summary



As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the clinic's integrated marketing strategy across digital platforms, social media, and branding initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, high aesthetic sensibility, and a proven track record in growing premium lifestyle or wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities Branding & Strategy



Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the clinic's luxury positioning and medical credibility. Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and tone across all channels (in-clinic, online, print, PR). Lead creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and branded content aligned with luxury aesthetics.

Digital Marketing



Own the digital marketing funnel - including SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), retargeting, and email marketing. Oversee website content, UX/UI optimization, and conversion tracking. Manage performance analytics and KPIs to continuously optimize campaigns and ROI.

Social Media



Strategize and oversee content calendars and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Lead influencer collaborations, paid partnerships, and community engagement efforts to grow a loyal following. Ensure social media reflects the aspirational, expert-led, and luxurious nature of the clinic.

Client Acquisition & Retention



Drive lead generation campaigns to attract high-net-worth individuals and retain VIP clientele. Collaborate with front desk and CRM systems to build client journeys and nurture touchpoints. Launch seasonal promotions, events, and referral programs tailored for an upscale audience.

Team & Vendor Management



Lead and mentor a small in-house marketing team and oversee external agencies, creatives, and freelancers. Manage marketing budgets and ensure all initiatives align with business objectives.

Reputation & PR



Build relationships with luxury lifestyle editors, media, and influencers. Manage online reputation (reviews, testimonials, Google Business, etc.). Act as brand guardian in all public-facing communications.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within luxury, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle industries. Strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns and digital growth initiatives. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high standards in aesthetics and service. Expertise in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, GA4, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience working with dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness brands is highly preferred.
