About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Head

to lead and manage all digital and offline marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can design marketing campaigns, drive brand engagement, increase visibility, and deliver measurable growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing



Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. Manage campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Plan and run lead-generation campaigns with clear ROI tracking. Oversee website content, SEO, landing pages, and conversions. Create and review digital creatives, videos, and promotional content. Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing funnels. Track performance metrics and prepare weekly & monthly reports.

Offline Marketing



Plan and manage on-ground activities such as seminars, workshops, and college outreach. Handle branding materials: brochures, standees, banners, and event setups. Build strong relationships with colleges, training partners, and community groups. Drive ATL & BTL activities to increase brand visibility.

Team Management & Coordination



Lead a marketing team (designers, digital marketers, coordinators). Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to improve lead quality & conversions. Work closely with leadership to plan quarterly marketing strategies. Guide content creation across all channels.

Branding & Strategy



Strengthen the overall brand through consistent messaging and marketing identity. Identify new marketing trends, engagement strategies, and growth opportunities. Manage influencer collaborations and PR activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social ads, analytics tools, and content strategy. Experience in education/edtech marketing is a plus (optional). Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to handle end-to-end marketing campaigns independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
