Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic Marketing Leadership*
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Lead brand positioning strategies for our brands Shazia,Shireen,Zaara and new brands for different markets (India and Abroad).
*Brand Management*
Oversee the development of brand identity, messaging, and campaigns for international markets.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including exhibitions like World Food Istanbul, Saudi Agro Food Show, and Indus Food Show.
Support distributors with localized marketing strategies, especially in regions like South Africa and Morocco.
*Digital Marketing*
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Build and manage global social media presence, focusing on key markets.
Optimize content strategies for B2B and B2C engagement.
*Exhibitions & Events*
Plan and execute marketing activities at international food exhibitions and trade shows.
Design innovative booth messages, promotional materials, and engaging customer experiences.
Analyze post-event ROI and recommend improvements.
*Distributor & Client Support*
Develop marketing support programs for distributors to boost sales and brand visibility.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
*Team Leadership*
Manage and mentor the marketing team to drive performance and creativity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams like sales, logistics, and product development.
*Key Requirements*
Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food exports, or international trade.
Skills:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
Experience in brand management across global markets is a plus.
Creative mindset with a result-driven approach.
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experience in the rice or food commodity industry.
Exposure to Middle Eastern, African, or European markets.
Strong network with B2B distributors and retailers.
