Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire marketing department for the hospital
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
Coordinate with doctors, management, and external agencies
Plan and execute patient-centric campaigns and outreach programs
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure effective digital and offline marketing performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in the hospital/healthcare industry
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
Excellent knowledge of healthcare market
