CTC range: INR 25 40 lakhs pa

Currently, the app has over 3 lakh users and aspires to reach 10 lakh users by Q2 FY 23-24 and over 100 lakh users by 2025 (E).Role brief:Our client is seeking a suitable candidate for the role of AVP / Vice President Marketing.
The AVP / Vice President Marketing will be responsible for all facets of managing the Brand
Identity and to be able to build a recognizable aura for the App in a short period of time.
The role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Organization such as Product, Content and Sales, as well as across the Group and with external stakeholders.
The incumbent will be responsible at a core Leadership level for driving all areas of Brand Management such as
Marketing Communication
Driving App Downloads
Managing User engagement
Maintain adequate DAUs / MAUs
ATL / BTL Advertising & Marketing
Loyalty Management
Employer Branding
Building IP Events for the brand
Managing and organizing Events for Clients and third-party Brands.Candidate backgroundThe incumbent must have worked for established companies in Digital Media for 15+ years, with an extensive knowledge about the state and consumer patterns of Tamil Nadu. Prior
exposure to start-up culture and / or entrepreneurship are added traits that are most desired. The candidate should have a minimum experience of 10 yearsin the field of Digital Marketing,
of which the last 3-5 years should have been a pan-India role, with extensive experience in Strategic affairs, working closely with CEO / Management Members.Key Qualifications include: -
