Key Responsibilities:

Head and manage the overall marketing strategy for all verticals (Tours, Air Tickets, Medical Tourism, Forex & Visa Services) Develop and execute brand-building, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing) Oversee offline marketing activities including hoardings, flyers, partnerships, and events Coordinate closely with Sales teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities Strengthen company presence across online platforms and marketplaces Create marketing calendars, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns Prepare MIS reports, analytics dashboards, and presentations for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred Minimum

6-10 years

of experience in marketing, preferably in travel, tourism, or service industry Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and performance marketing Experience in brand management and lead-driven marketing Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in travel agency, tour operator, or medical tourism company Proven record of scaling marketing operations and increasing revenue Ability to manage multiple brands/services under one umbrella
