Job Description


Salary: Rs.30,000 per month in hand for 6 months, Rs.35,000 afterwards Work From Office Role - HSR Layout, Bengaluru Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance and collaboration. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target markets, and opportunities for growth. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes within financial constraints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and generate business opportunities. Provide strategic guidance on branding, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistent and impactful communication. Requirements Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry or agency environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, both online and offline. Solid understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset, with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth. Strong business acumen, with a focus on ROI and achieving financial targets. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Qualifications: Education: A bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees, such as an MBA or masters in marketing, can be advantageous. Experience: Proven experience in senior marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or agency environment. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Leadership and Management: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in leading and managing a marketing team. Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide team members towards achieving strategic objectives. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative marketing approaches. Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas, strategies, and results to diverse stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Ability to analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data insights. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ability to align marketing strategies with broader business goals and drive revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices. Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or HubSpot certifications, can be advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
