Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate marketing, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
Manage the overall marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Brand & Communication:
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and brand campaigns.
Drive storytelling and content creation strategies to enhance brand recall.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Track, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Leverage SEO, SEM, CRM, and marketing automation tools effectively.
Lead Generation & CRM:
Design and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial projects.
Drive CRM adoption to nurture leads, track interactions, and improve conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and handover processes.
Market Research & Insights:
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Conduct surveys, focus groups, and market intelligence reports to guide strategy.
Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and customer targeting.
Events & Partnerships:
Plan and manage events, property launches, exhibitions, and real estate expos.
Build strategic partnerships with brokers, agencies, media houses, and influencers.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of property marketing, digital platforms, and consumer behavior.
Proven track record in managing large marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with real estate CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
