Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Marketing & Planning



Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies to support business goals. Lead market expansion and competitive positioning strategies in existing and new geographies. Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.

2. Brand Management & Communication



Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Oversee ATL & BTL campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities. Coordinate with creative agencies for branding, advertising, and public relations.

3. Market Research & Intelligence



Conduct periodic market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Monitor sales performance and market share across regions.

4. Dealer & Channel Marketing



Design and execute dealer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and trade promotions. Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, field activations, and channel development. Strengthen relationships with key dealers, influencers (engineers, architects, contractors), and institutional clients.

5. Digital Marketing & Technology Integration



Lead digital transformation initiatives including social media, SEO, performance marketing, and digital campaigns. Oversee CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead the marketing team across regions and drive a performance-oriented culture. Collaborate with the sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Conduct training for the marketing team, channel partners, and influencers as required.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting



Track KPIs for marketing campaigns, product visibility, and brand performance. Present monthly and quarterly reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience



MBA in Marketing or related specialization. 10-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in cement or building materials industry. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trade networks, and the construction ecosystem. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making. Experience in handling large-scale marketing budgets and multi-region operations.
