Job description Job Responsibilities:
  • Respecting Renown Pharmaceuticals frame work of policies, rules & regulations.
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings & capabilities.
  • To inherit, develop & continuously update a customer list and ensure safe custody of customer data base.
  • Innovating creative ways of identifying prospective customers for contract manufacturing, white labeling & bulk sales of products manufactured by the company.
  • Ensuring input of committed number of measurable efforts/activities for customer contact for Renown Pharmaceuticals business development.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the industry for Renown Pharmaceuticals and increase the customer base.
  • Plan & implement Customer contact program to estimate the customer potential, set quantitative & value target for each customer.
  • Research consumer needs and sell benefits of our products, quality & service.
  • Indulge in Self Development by improving personal Selling Skills, Analytical skills, communication skills & problem solving skills to meet revenue objectives
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
  • To identify own training needs, self development needs to increase Customer Conversion strike rate.
  • To develop an effective System for capturing actionable data base and decide customer contact frequency through personal visits & digital media.
  • Coordinate with back office Sales support team to improve customer service and buid accurate data base of customer profiles.
  • To service current customers and identify new customers.
  • To cover entire given territory in the most cost effective way to keep the expenses for the operations within budgeted limit
  • To ensure compliance for timely reporting daily activities, achievement & competitors activity as per company norm & system.
  • To be available on mobile phone at decent hours to the colleagues from the office & customers, unless informed by you beforehand.
  • To carry out all other activities, with the consent of the management, that may be relevant and essential to perform the function of a professional BDM with a clear responsibility for Business Development.
  • To understand, accept, sign & protect companys confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb980,000.00 per month Benefits:
