About the Role


We are seeking a

Marketing & Growth Lead

to own Paywize's brand visibility, demand generation, and thought leadership in the fintech space. This role will drive marketing strategy across all products (

Paywize, Nimo, Slyde

) and play a key role in scaling the business through data-driven campaigns, content, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

end-to-end marketing and growth strategies

for Paywize and its sub-brands. Manage

digital marketing campaigns

: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, social media, and email marketing. Elevate brand visibility across

LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, PR channels, and fintech events

. Create and manage

marketing collaterals

: decks, brochures, case studies, blogs, and videos. Run

lead generation campaigns

to fuel Sales and BD pipelines. Collaborate closely with

design, content, sales, and BD teams

to build impactful campaigns. Track performance, analyze ROI, and continuously

optimize campaigns for growth

.

Requirements



4-7 years of B2B marketing experience

, preferably in fintech or tech. Hands-on expertise in

digital marketing and performance campaigns

(SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads). Proven experience in

brand management, product positioning, and demand generation

. Strong

storytelling skills

with the ability to simplify complex fintech solutions. Experience collaborating with

cross-functional teams

(design, sales, BD).

Data-driven mindset

with proficiency in analytics and campaign performance tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
