Roles & Responsibilities

1. B2B Activation & Partnerships

Scout relevant corporates, HR leaders, and wellness decision-makers

. Organize interactive sleep wellness events (webinars, workshops, activations) in partnership with HR teams.

Build and nurture corporate sleep wellness communities through sustained engagement

Facilitate sleep assessments and promote sleepcare subscriptions within partner organizations

B2C Activation & Community Building

Plan and execute online/offline sleep wellness events (webinars, meetups, social sessions)

Build and nurture consumer-facing sleep wellness communities (online groups, forums)

Facilitate community-led assessments, sharing, and engagement

Drive B2C subscription sales through event-based campaigns.
3.

Sponsorship Acquisition

Identify potential sponsors and key decision-makers Pitch partnership opportunities and secure event sponsorships Collaborate on co-branded initiatives and mutual value creation
4.

Customer Support & Care Pathway Enablement

Respond to prospective customer queries (pre-sales) Connect leads and prospects to sleepcare counsellors or program advisors Ensure seamless communication and customer delight.
5.

Digital Marketing Oversight

Collaborate with the digital marketing agency on campaign design and execution Track and review campaign performance (leads, conversions, engagement) Provide market and customer feedback to refine messaging and targeting
6.

Product & Business Contribution

Share user stories, pain points, and market insights with the product team for continuous innovation Contribute ideas on new business offerings, market-fit strategies, and pricing expectations Act as a bridge between customer insights and product evolution.

What We're Looking For

Flair for marketing, business development, community building, or partnerships Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills Proven experience in organizing events and driving community engagement Experience with digital marketing performance monitoring Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for wellness, healthtech, or community-led brands Bonus: Exposure to early-stage startups or health & wellness industry

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
