Job Overview: ₹ We are hiring a Marketing & Growth professional for SITM, a higher-education institution offering undergraduate programs in Engineering and Management. This role is responsible for driving admissions growth, brand visibility, and high-quality lead generation through digital, on-ground, and partnership-led initiatives. Ideal for candidates who think in numbers, funnels, conversions, and outcomes.

Responsibilities: ₹ Growth & Lead Generation

? Design and execute student acquisition strategies for UG programs

? Drive enquiries through digital and offline channels ? Improve lead quality and optimize cost per lead (CPL)

? Work closely with counselling teams to improve lead-to-admission conversions Marketing & Branding

? Manage performance and brand campaigns across Google, Meta, WhatsApp, and other platforms

? Coordinate content for social media, ads, and outreach campaigns

? Execute branding initiatives across online and offline channels

? Plan and support school visits, seminars, education fairs, and on-ground events Data & Performance

? Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance

? Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and conversions

? Own reporting of leads, enquiries, and conversions to ensure visibility across teams

Eligibility & Skills: ₹ Experience in education marketing, growth, or performance marketing preferred

? Strong understanding of lead funnels, CPL, and conversion metrics

? Hands-on, execution-focused mindset

? Comfortable working with sales and counselling teams

? Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Excel, and lead tracking tools.

? Strong communication and coordination skills
