Job Description

Key Responsibilities1.

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

Visit factories and offices in nearby GIDC zones Build relationships with purchase managers and plant heads Identify and pursue potential clients (B2B)
2.

Product Promotion



Explain product features, pricing, and value propositions Distribute catalogs, brochures, samples
3.

Digital Presence Management



Update company website and Google My Business Promote company on LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMART, etc.
4.

Networking



Attend local trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g., Engiexpo) Coordinate with industry associations and chambers of commerce
5.

Market Research



Monitor competitor activity and pricing Collect customer feedback
6.

Sales Support



Assist sales team in converting leads Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Skills Required

Strong communication (Gujarati, Hindi, English) Knowledge of industrial products or B2B sales Familiarity with tools like: Google Maps (for client location) Excel (for lead tracking) CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) Negotiation and closing skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
