Job Description
- Serve as a brand ambassador at career fairs and on-campus recruiting events
- Research, advertise, and market trends in the staffing industry
- Communicate with the HR department and Project Manager to understand the company\'s hiring goals
- Develop monthly reports on recruitment marketing metrics
- Establish and maintain a staffing structure to support the organization\'s marketing efforts
- Oversee a team of marketing support staff, including performance evaluation, training, and motivation
- Participate directly in personnel actions
- Develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators
- Track changes in supply and demand
- Identify customers and their current and future needs
- Monitor the competition
