Position: Marketing Fresher

Salary:- 1.2 to 1.8 LPA
Location: Remote / WFH
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital and social media campaigns
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Manage content calendars and publish posts consistently
• Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and prepare weekly reports
• Support SEO, SEM, and basic email marketing activities
• Research trends, competitor strategies, and new content ideas
• Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams for smooth execution

AI Tools (Must Have Basic Knowledge/Experience):

• ChatGPT
• Perplexity
• Google Veo-3
• Canva AI
• InVideo
• HeyGen
• Other trending AI tools for content, video, and automation

Designing & Video Editing Tools:

• Canva (strong understanding expected)
• Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro preferred)
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content
• Ability to create creatives, reels, thumbnails, and stories
