We are looking for a passionate and driven

Marketing Fresher

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of marketing concepts and a strong interest in both offline branding and digital marketing.


As a marketing fresher, you will assist in campaign execution, content creation, market research, and event coordination across various platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in real-time marketing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.


We're looking for someone who is creative, eager to learn, and proactive in contributing new ideas to help elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline) Support content creation for social media, emailers, and other marketing materials Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Help coordinate events, exhibitions, and internal branding activities Collaborate with design and content teams for promotional materials Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement #

Must Have

Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communication Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking with a proactive approach to learning and execution Detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic marketing environment #

Nice to have

Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Canva or Google Workspace is a plus Prior internship or project experience in marketing (preferred but not mandatory) Comfortable interacting with vendors, clients, or external stakeholders Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram from a brand perspective
