About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic

Product Marketing Manager

with a blend of technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate holds a

Bachelor's in Engineering (chemical or related field)

and an

MBA in Marketing

, and can bridge the gap between product development and market needs.


You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

go-to-market (GTM)

strategies for new product launches and feature updates Conduct

market research

, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation Collaborate with engineering/product teams to translate technical features into clear customer benefits Create and manage marketing collateral: product presentations, case studies, whitepapers, datasheets Partner with sales teams to provide tools and training for lead generation and deal closure Analyze product and marketing performance, using metrics to drive decision-making Own positioning, pricing insights, and messaging for assigned products or services

Requirements

MBA in Marketing

from a reputed institution

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

(Chemical or related field preferred) Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities Understanding of B2B technology or SaaS markets is a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience working with cross-functional product teams Ability to grasp and simplify complex technical concepts Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and content strategy * Previous exposure to Agile or product development environments
