background in pharmaceuticals
or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctors, chemists, distributors, hospitals, and other relevant parties when required.
Present company products and services in a professional manner.
Conversion of leads.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activity and market trends.
Submit daily/weekly visit reports and maintain CRM records accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, accounts) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
Experience dealing with pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to conduct product demos or presentations confidently.
