The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the college's programs, attract prospective students, and build the institution's brand. This role involves a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and effective communication to engage with various stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the college's courses, events, and activities.
Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the competitive educational sector.
Student Recruitment
Organize and participate in student recruitment activities, such as educational fairs, open houses, and campus tours.
Collaborate with admission teams to meet enrollment targets.
Content Creation and Management
Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and videos.
Write and publish blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
Event Management
Plan and coordinate events like seminars, workshops, and cultural activities to enhance engagement.
Represent the college at external events and networking opportunities..
Partnership Building
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.
Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, MBA or a related field.
Experience
: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Soft Skills
:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Other Requirements
:
Willingness to travel for events and campaigns.
Knowledge of local and international education markets is a plus.
