Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with strong communication and field marketing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company's products/services, meeting clients in person, generating leads, and increasing brand visibility through field activities and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet prospective customers to present products/services and close deals.
Plan and execute marketing activities such as promotions, events, and outdoor campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product samples.
Maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update client feedback.
Handle on-ground branding and ensure proper visibility of marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
Good understanding of marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and promotions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheetsetc.).
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
