Identify and approach potential clients for events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and corporate functions.
Conduct field visits to hotels, corporates, event planners, and other prospective partners to generate business leads.
Promote convention centre facilities, services, packages, and offers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper visit reports.
Coordinate with the Operations, Events, and Marketing teams for seamless event execution.
Participate in local marketing activities, promotional visits, and networking events.
Handle customer queries, provide facility tours, and present proposals.
Collect market feedback and competitor updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years experience in field sales (hospitality/event industry preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
