Lead generation for villa sales through on-ground and digital activities
Plan and execute site promotions, events, and walk-in campaigns
Coordinate with sales team to follow up on leads
Handle social media promotions and basic marketing activities
Maintain lead data and prepare daily/weekly reports
Assist in branding and local advertising activities
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
1-3 years experience in real estate marketing preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & lead handling
Local market knowledge will be an advantage
