We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join the team at Marshall Cadet Force Pvt. Ltd. (MCF). The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our defence academy programs, cadet training camps, and franchise opportunities across schools, colleges, and corporates.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and institutions to present MCF programs and franchise opportunities.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional plans to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Handle inquiries, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients or franchisees.
- Represent MCF in exhibitions, education fairs, and outreach events.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and demo training sessions.
- Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports and performance updates.

3. Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in education, training, or defence-related sectors preferred.

4. Work Conditions

- Full-time position with frequent local travel.
