Job Description

The Marketing Executive will support and execute marketing initiatives to grow Leedz Academy's existing business and promote new courses and products. This role is open to

freshers as well as candidates with experience

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Growth

Assist in promoting existing courses to increase student enrollments Support campaigns to build brand awareness for Leedz Academy Participate in planning and executing marketing strategies
Course & Product Promotion

Help market new courses, workshops, and educational products Conduct basic market research on student needs and competitors Assist in course launches and promotional activities
Digital & Offline Marketing

Manage social media activities (content posting, engagement, basic ads) Assist with digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website updates) Support offline marketing activities such as events, seminars, and workshops
Lead Generation & Coordination

Generate and follow up on leads in coordination with the admissions/sales team Maintain marketing data and prepare basic performance reports Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for marketing support
Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Basic knowledge of marketing and digital platforms (training will be provided) Willingness to learn and take initiative Good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills Required

Interest in marketing, branding, and education industry Basic understanding of social media platforms Creativity and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team
