Research healthcare trends, consumer demands, and nutritional gaps.
Product Positioning
Develop unique selling propositions (USP) for nutraceutical products.
Work with R&D to understand product formulation and health benefits.
Branding & Promotions
Develop branding strategies across digital and offline channels.
Create promotional content, brochures, and product literature.
Sales Support
Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing materials.
Organize training and product knowledge sessions for the field force.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and SEO.
Run email marketing, paid ads, and online engagement campaigns.
Medical Marketing (if applicable)
Work with doctors, pharmacists, and nutritionists.
Develop scientific presentations, and participate in CME programs or exhibitions.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure marketing materials comply with local and global nutraceutical regulations.
Coordinate with legal/regulatory teams for label claims, etc.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of
nutrition, supplements, or pharmaceuticals
Strong communication and branding skills
Digital marketing expertise
Analytical thinking and consumer insight
Basic knowledge of
FSSAI
,
FDA
, or other relevant regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Degree
in Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or related fields
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare marketing is a plus
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional travel
Coordination with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams
Visiting doctors, hospitals, or retail outlets (if B2B or B2C fieldwork is involved)
